It was my birthday this weekend and to celebrate I went out with ladyfink and the gang to the Indian Rose Indian restaraunt and stuffed myself on very tasty indian food :)

Then Sunday (which was my birthday) we went to Murray's to see Ben and his band, Diversion, play an interesting range of covers. Murrays seem to be in some sort of bar price interdimensional rift, as the drinks prices seemed to fluctuate randomly depending upon the barmaid and direction of the wind! Initially in our favour, it seemed to balance itself as the night went on! :)

After a pleasant weekend of birhtdaying, Laura and I decided, after hearing great reviews, to see the latest Disney film, Narnia - The lion the witch and the wardrobe. It was really cool!!! Well worth seeing! James even thinks it matches LOTR ROtK for quality - which is saying something!

Sadly Laura had to go home yesterday, which means I have to get on with some project work before heading back home for chrimblemas. I'm looking forward to getting something implemented for my project, but its just the writing that i'm worried about!

I do intend to spend one entire week at christmas not actually touching a computer, but whether that works I wonder :D hehe.
